TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONAL OFFERS OPTION 1
Client will sign an exclusive Business Relationship Agreement (Buyer Broker contract) with Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. and this offer is only valid when client’s Agent is paid a minimum of 2.5% Buyer/Broker commission of the next home purchase.*
Client’s Property will be exclusively listed with Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. for a minimum of 6 months.
If the Listing Agent procures the buyer, then no co-operating commission is due, and the total commission paid by the seller is $1.00.
Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc’s fee will be $1.00 on the listing side of the commission and client will have the option to pay a 2.5% or greater commission to the Selling Agent or Broker (Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. or any other cooperating Broker)
If the listing sells before the next purchase, Broker will charge a full 5% total commission, and will hold the full listing side (2.5% commission) in escrow, and the client will be credited the escrowed 2.5% commission less $1.00 at settlement of the next purchase, as long as Buyer executes an agreement of sale with Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. within 90 days of the listing settlement.
